Cody is the author of three influential leadership books; Second Set Of Eyes, Where Others Won't and The Tough Stuff. He also gained prominence through his well-known podcast, Where Others Won't, which reached the top 100 in four countries and maintains a 5-star rating on iTunes. A native of Melbourne, Australia, Cody resides in Toronto, Canada with his wife and son.
