Dr. Autumn Swain's inspiration is rooted in her conviction to support leaders of all ages because they are one of our community's greatest assets. Her Doctorate in Transformational Leadership demonstrates the holistic well-being of leaders and their communities is essential for continued growth and positive impact. Having worked for years with youth and families in a grassroots non-profit organization, Autumn believes in leadership development among young people and the value of cross cultural and cross sector collaboration. She is also the founder of the blog, “Seeing Color”, and her training and consulting organization, “The Aligned Leader”. In addition to being an author, consultant and health coach, Autumn volunteers extensively with her community and local church. She enjoys outdoor adventures with friends and spending time with her husband and two children.
