Alan Corey is an author, entrepreneur, and former stand-up comedian with over 20 years of real estate experience as an investor, coach, and real estate agent. While living in the projects of Spanish Harlem, Alan bought his first 1-br condo for $99,000 for $10,000. Alan has since been able to turn that first purchase into a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio and now teaches others how to do it themselves. Alan's money journey has been chronicled in the entertaining and educational works "A Million Bucks by 30", "Subversive Job Search", and "House FIRE. His writing ha fans laughing and learning and his teachings have earned endorsements from Barbara Corcoran (ABC's Shark Tank), Brandon Turner (BiggerPockets), and Grant Cardone (The 10X Rule). Alan also leads the Alan Corey Team at eXp Realty, a top performing real estate agent group based in Atlanta, known for working with investors in both residential and commercial real estate.
