Very enjoyable

I really enjoyed this MC book. It seemed to have an edge to it that quite a few other books don’t have. I love the brutal realistic writing style of Ann and I feel this gave the book an edge. A great performance from both Lexi and Connor.

Rescued.

Sharp saves Phoebe from certain death. But who is going to save Sharp and his heart from Phoebe-Pixie. Especially when trouble and chaos is sure to be following her. A really good read and listen.

Dark

I found Saved by the Dark to be a dark MC romance with lots of possible triggers. The story held my attention from the beginning until the end. The characters were strong and likable. I am looking forward to listening to more books in this series. I think both Lexi Maynard and Conner Brown did a really good job bringing this story to life.

So good!

WOW!! From this point on, I'm definitely following Ann Jensen's work. Saved by the Dark is brilliantly written, cleverly plotted with complex but captivating characters. Right from the get-go, I was hooked and completely tuned in. Pixie and Sharp are incredibly appealing characters; it was impossible not to be wholly invested in the outcome of their journey. Their connection was palpable with off-the-charts chemistry.

The narration is spot on! Lexi Maynard and Conner Brown are talented performers; their portrayal of the characters, emotions, and connection was perfect. They breathed life into Jensen's words and made the story even more engaging. Saved by the Dark is a must listen, one I'm highly recommending.

Terrific Story & Narration🎧 Gripping & Intense!

I enjoyed this book immensely, it is well-written with interesting storylines that captivated my attention the entire time. The characters are complex and nicely developed, the world building is fantastic, loved the camaraderie amongst the members of the Dark Sons Motorcycle Club. Phoebe has not had the easiest of lives, and after accepting a drink from the wrong person, she finds herself in a worse situation, enslaved to a ruthless and evil man. She learns he is going to sell her to a sadistic sociopath, and she becomes desperate and will do anything to get out of it, even if it costs her her life. Her master has her out with him in a bar, she momentarily locks eye with a nice looking guy. Sharp is the Vice President of the Dark Sons MC, the former Navy Seal sniper may not not always abide by the law but he always does the right thing. And he picks up that something is not right with the girl who caught his eye. And he was right, despite her trying to pull a fast one on him or rather on herself, she finally meets the person who is going to not only save her but give her so much more. Sharp was not happy to see what kind of shape Phoebe was in and he vowed to protect her. The chemistry between these two was sizzling, but they both hold back from each other, he is afraid to hurt her, she is afraid to show her dark needs. It does not take long for the MC members to warm up to Phoebe and accept her, even giving her a new name, Pixie. Phoebe is not safe and she gas a price on her head, the mafia sociopath still wants her and the bikers will not stop him from having her. This is a cleverly plotted MC romance novel, there is plenty of drama, action, angst, twists and turns, thrilling and suspenseful moments, heartfelt emotions and some sizzling hot loving. Ann Jensen, thank you for the great story and the wild and thrilling emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the terrific narration, Lexi Maynard and Conner Brown are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, giving each a voice that fit their character’s persona to a tee, sounding believable and just as I pictured the characters to sound. Lexi Maynard played Phoebe’s role with perfection, Conner did the same for Sharp, perfecting the role of a bad boy. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and projected them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for the great listen.
