I wanted a self-help book that was easy to listen to, without having to listen to the whole book for the answers when I was stuck. This is all simple steps that I used to change my life, from fear to peace. Yes, I have rebuilt my life, so I know it can be done. I wrote this book because I wanted something easy to listen to and simple to understand. How could I change my life from one of fear to one of love?

My grandmother is my greatest inspiration. She was like a mother to me. This book is dedicated to her. It is a song she wrote and sang to my mother when my mom was young. She always asked my gram, “Mommy, how come?” My mother used to sing the song to me, and I wanted to share it with the world. I think all moms can relate to this book, and I have the added privilege of sharing this wonderful journey with my son who is so talented.

Chase is a little boy with a big imagination. He visualizes a car out of an upturned trampoline and has adventures.
