Nobody Does WW2 Better than Ray Harris Jnr.
I have been listening to Ray for eleven years and I look forward to every podcast which shall very soon top 400. I never miss an episode. The breadth of the subject is vast and Ray Tackles all theatres of World War Two in his own unique, slowly unfolding and methodical way. This podcast is likely to run for at least another 11 years. He has a unique delivery with his gentlemanly Virginian accent which is part of the charm. He is authoritative while being very easy on the ear and treats his audience as educated adults. No gimmicks. Mainly well-researched episodes interspersed with interviews with authors, other podcast hosts and researchers. As being interviewed on TV by Graham Norton I think interviewees enjoy being featured which means he gets the best and it makes for a great podcast. Try it and get hooked.
