Todson Inc. now recalls Nerf Barrage Youth Bike Helmets, model number 6011 with lot numbers BC01BJ01-200623 and BC01BJ01-111521. The helmets fail to meet federal safety regulations for bicycle helmets and create risks of head injuries.

About 6,500 helmets were sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com.

Stop allowing your children to use these recalled helmets. To obtain your refund, destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, take a photo of the destroyed helmet, and email the photo to NerfHelmetRecall@Todson.com.. South Shore Industries has recalled South Shore Balka and Olena Baby Cribs with model numbers 13825, 13824, 12937, 12938, and 14408. The spacing between some of the crib slats exceeds federal safety standards creating an entrapment and asphyxiation risk for babies.

About 1,200 cribs were sold online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Cymax.com, Southshorefurniture.com, and other websites.

Stop using these recalled cribs. To obtain a refund, take apart the crib and take a photo of it placed in an outdoor waste container. Email the photo to service@southshorefurniture.com. Grimmway Farms is recalling multiple brands of bagged organic whole and baby carrots due to potential contamination with E. coli O121. The affected products include organic baby carrots with best-if-used-by dates ranging from September 11, 2024, to November 12, 2024, and organic whole carrots sold between August 14, 2024, and October 23, 2024. Brands include 365, Bunny Luv, Cal-Organic, Compliments, Full Circle, Good & Gather, GreenWise, Marketside, Nature's Promise, O-Organic, President's Choice, Simple Truth, Trader Joe's, Wegmans, Wholesome Pantry.

Approximately 39 cases of E. coli infections, including 15 hospitalizations and one death, have been reported across 18 states. The carrots were sold nationwide but are no longer in stores. Consumers should immediately check their refrigerators and freezers for these recalled products. If found, discard them or return them to the store. Wash surfaces or containers that may have come into contact with the carrots thoroughly with hot soapy water.
