So validating
Disclaimer: I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book was amazingly reassuring, it was comforting, validating and encouraging.
This book would work well alone, or as part of CBT or DBT therapy. The book covers boundaries, triggers, tips for dealing with narcissists and for separating from them. It feels a bit short but the thing is I can't think of anything that it's missing. This is the sort of book that you can listen to over and over and get something from it every time.
If you're looking at this book then I highly recommend it, sit yourself down with a journal and take notes.
It's got journal prompts to encourage reflection and healing. Mostly though, it feels like a therapist validating your experience, and that's so comforting.

So helpful, written by someone who understands
You Are Enough from RHP is helpful, practical, and reassuring. This book is written by a Therapist who also had personal experience with narcissists which makes it very relatable & professional. It's easy to understand but also goes into the Psychology of behavior.
There are a lot of self-help books out there & this is honestly one of the better ones, it reminds me why I started reading self-help. Would recommend, 5/5!

Supportive and positive book
I felt like a good friend was sitting with me and offering me support. The book is incredibly valuable in that it identifies relationships with narcissists as being any type of relationship: with a family member, friend or work colleague, not just a romantic partner. It gives achievable, practical steps to recovery including positive affirmations and examples of self care. I love the affirmations, in particular 'I love and protect my inner child, who may not have felt safe in childhood, but feels safe now.'

Great Listen for a Boost Of Help
I love the tone of the narrator, especially for the subject matter. It was a short but thought-provoking, and extremely helpful nugget of information for someone to listen to and gain some new insights into low self-esteem and other concerns we might be experiencing due to emotional or other traumas. I will say the information appeared well researched and laid out in a way that was not overly preachy or even all rah rah which some in this genre attempt. Good job and definitely worth a read/listen.

Warming Self-Assurance
The narrator helped to set the tone for this self-improvement book. Her speech and pacing provided me space to soak in the core message of self-worth and identifying negative energy in my relationships and partners. This is a great read for those who may be a victim emotional/physical abuse, as well as others who could use reassurance of their own self-worth and inner peace. A very complex and nuanced message will be delivered to you in digestible bites and most likely read in single sitting.

A nice easy listen
I really enjoyed this book. As another reviewer has said it was like listening to a friend, the narrator has an easy going empathetic voice which is perfect for this kind of book. The examples made the book relatable and I actually identified a number of people close to me that have narcissistic tendencies. My one criticism would be I wished the book was longer, especially the section on narcissistic parents and that is the only reason for giving it a 4 for story.
I would recommend this book, especially if you are new to the topic of narcissistic behavior and how to address this. The tips provided are easy enough for anyone to follow.

helpfull and easy to read!
Well written ans easily digestible book! I was able to listen to it in its entirety during a long walk. Personally chapter 2 really stuck and helped recognise some narcissistic behaviour I have experienced in the past.
