Beautiful and insightful

This book was crafted to educate and share knowledge about the art and science of Yoga Nidra. It explored the heritage of Yoga Nidra and it’s potential to be a healing influence in modern life.
I relaxed into the gentle and positive tone of voice of Siiri Scott and although this is a long listen, I could listen to it little and often so that I concentrated on the content.
I would recommend this to anyone with an interest in understanding the benefits of Yoga Nidra.

Wonderful book after reading it you life will be never the same

Ancient wisdom of yoga explained in a unique way that appeals to modern mind. Of all the books I have read on Yoga, this is the best. Also most life changing for me.

Very good resource on Yoga Nidra

Excellent narration and explanation on Yoga Nidra and the benefits of regular practice.
The last chapter gives instructions and a 25 minutes meditation. Which I found to be very
relaxing.

A very long winded way to deliver the message

The performance is quite robotic like but that could be deliberate to remove any emotion. The info is interesting but repetitive. I wish it were more succinct. There is a practice at the very end, which was average.
