Intro to Pregnancy
what is really enjoyed about this book is that even though Jillian didn't go through pregnancy herself she did however have access to the best professional advice from nutrition to medical etc which is used as the main info throughout this book.
A bonus is the exercise plan by week although a bit awkward to follow .
It's good to read before getting pregnant and I believe some sound advice after birth too.
