Immaculate to Barbara's actual teachings ams book
Promotes eating meats salmon and dairy... Barbara is pretty clear it's not good. It's OK if occasionally a tiny amount is consumed with a lot of veg but it's not a diet she would ever recommend

Not what I was looking for
I purchased this book in the believe of purchasing Barbaras book. Unfortunately is misleading the title, author is using her name.
