Extremely useful
Cuts right to the chase this one, no fluff but simply gives practical advise and tips on dealing with anger. A great section was included on getting to the core of your anger issues as without knowing the cause how are you supposed to deal with the problem. Also great narration made it a pleasure to listen to. I can safely say I learnt alot and will now be trying as best I can to apply everything that was included.

Perspective changing, this book is essential!
I loved how insightful it was in regards to the body consciousness, the self-awareness of when anger starts developing in the body and mind. Spotting triggers is not an easy thing to do, because once we find them, we need then work on them, and it's incredibly uncomfortable... but as the author presents in this book, it's worth it and manageable, because we live with more joy instead of losing great moments because of harmful emotions.

When it comes to dealing with emotions, sometimes arming yourself with knowledge is really all that you need. Because this knowledge can help one to make the right choices when faced with overwhelming situations. Managing our emotions is not easy!
Every day we have to go through a variety of challenges in life that cause us to feel frustrated and overwhelmed. This will in turn come out in unpleasant ways like giving into anger. I've been there. Thats why it's so important to have reliable workbooks such as this one to help us through those difficult times. If you or someone you know is struggling to keep it together on those bad days, I highly recommend listening to this audiobook. A holistic workbook to manage your emotions
Women's Anger Management Workbook is an insightful text for women who aim to reprogram their negative thoughts and avoid angry reactions and responses. I particularly liked the strategies to "get to the root cause" outlined in Chapter 4. The material evokes deep thought and self-reflection that can empower women, and indeed teenage girls to find the source of their anger and thus take steps to address the situation.
I find the bonus section entitled “A Place to Grow” an invaluable addition - a useful summary and guide to consolidate the learning gained from the audiobook.
