A relatable and useful guide

Every line was written in a relatable way that acknowledged common (and uncommon) struggles that people with ADHD have. perfect for a scatterbrain like me!

The audiobook "Women with ADHD," was made for women with ADHD challenges like me. Author Jane Kennedy truly understands the challenges that come with this disorder--I felt like the narrator was speaking directly to me! The author addresses challenges I face every day, like misplaced keys to missed appointments, and offers simple diet adjustments and time-management techniques. This book really gives me hope and I will come to it time and time again to get a hold of my ADHD symptoms without medication.

Finally, specifically for women!

This book was so helpful! There's so much info out there about ADHD, but most of it talks about ADHD in men. While some of it is helpful, a lot of it doesn't really apply to me. ADHD in women is so much different than ADHD in men. I went a long time before being diagnosed just because my symptoms didn't align with what everyone thought ADHD was. I especially found the tips in here for how to be productive to be helpful. It's not that I don't want to get things done, but sometimes it's hard to accomplish all the things I want to do. If anyone else feels like that too, you'll like this book.
