Summary

Wedding vows have never been this personal....

Willow has been living with marriage-shy Charlie for more years than she cares to remember and is old-fashioned enough to want a wedding band and a loads-of-sex honeymoon before stretchmarks and nipple shields. So when the once-wary Charlie surprisingly goes down on one knee, Willow doesn’t question why her boyfriend is suddenly so keen to rush her into saying 'I do'. The first clue comes as Willow is zipped into her Cinderella dress, the second as she bobs into the wedding car and the third as the Roller swings towards its fairy-tale destination...leaving a shell-shocked Willow desperately trying to figure out what to do next.

Worth a listen

A lot of twists. Storyline bit confusing at times but improves to make it clear

Good easy listen

Enjoyed the book to listen to while pottering around the house, a very predictable ending but sometimes those are the best.

An enjoyable listening experience.

Enjoyed listening to this story. The author, and narrator were great. Most of the characters were good, Charlie was not.

Quirky, fun listen

Charlie was so cringe worthy, terrible drawl. End made me laugh. Light easy listen

easy listen

easy listen i would have loved this in my teens probably however now i think the author just dislikes the protagonist of her book otherwise i don't understand why she's not doing her any favours. Willow seems to be a 15th year old girl with princess fairytale fantasies that can't even see what's in front of her.

Good twists

Wow I just finished this and have to admit there were a few jaw dropping moments at the end. I thought it was a bit slow / descriptive at places but I can now see why that was needed. I enjoyed the story and it does all fit together in the end.

sometimes very wordy

I loved the story line, the characters and the delivery. However, I felt like extra words were included throughout the book that were pointless and elongated. it was quite annoying at times
