It was ok
Story: The story was just ok. I liked Bo enough but Ryker, not so much. I didn't really think there was much of a connection.
Narration: This one was hard for me. I have heard this narrator's work before and enjoyed it but this one was a miss for me.

Great mix of MC and shifters
I loved this mix of the MC and shifter romance. Bo, the omega was as tough and strong as the alpha Ryker and it was great to watch these two figure out how to be together. Ryker had to learn how to deal with Bo's strength and would eventually come to realize just how necessary it is for both partners to be complete and independent people. The hurt/comfort aspects were very well done and the outside threat from Rykers old gang made added additional tension to the romance. Plot and romance were nicely balanced and supported each other well. The performance by Barney Parkwynne was good and captured the flavor of all the characters well.

Good
Preston Walker did a great job in combining shifter and MC. Enjoyed the characters and their journey. It felt like Barney Parkwynn was overacting, but got used to it quickly. Narration was good though, each character had their own unique voice, enc.
This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

An overthrown Alpha... finds his way...
Ryker almost died, and the paramedic who rescues him sees a connection. Bo is a very modern omega. He doesn’t take bull from anyone and lives on his own. He doesn’t need an Alpa to take care of him, but he finds one who is fated ro be with him. First they need to slay Ryker’s demons to truly be happy. Very interesting story, lots of heartache, a feisty omega and a true family. Loved the narration too.

Different take on your usual shifter/MC books
I loved this version of an MC/ shifter storyline. The characters are very likeable with their issues and problems. Barney gives these characters no only their voices but their personalities as well. Great job Barney! Written well.

Wild Ride - I struggled with the narration choices
I'm not sure how I feel about the story. I was so distracted by the narration choices - the pacing, the weird ending drag out, and other things that I can't say with 100% certainty that the story was an issue or could be better. I'm going to read the book to see.

Beau and Ryker
Loved the dynamics of this book. Beautifully written and narrated. Beau is an Omega Paramedic and Ryker is Alpha to his Motorcycle pack. When Ryker has an accident and an Ambulance is called little did either now that fate was bringing them together

as good as the ebook
The story is always 4-5 stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook. I can't listen to an audiobook without knowing the book, that's not possible for me.
The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, I’m over the half, but I listen enough to give a review.
PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!
To my ratings:
5* - very very good
it's like an A+
4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A
3* - it's more then a one-time-listening.
it's like a B
