About this listen

Have you ever heard of vagus nerve self-help exercises for regulating emotions and treating several Illnesses? Want to find out how vagal stimulation and psychophysical well-being are closely related?

Then this book has certainly been designed for you!

Emotions, affect regulation, and interpersonal social behavior are psychological processes that define how people react to events, environmental difficulties, and other people. These processes build our sense of self, help us form connections, and influence whether we feel comfortable in different situations or with different individuals. Despite the fact that these processes may be witnessed scientifically and subjectively, they constitute a complex interplay between our psychological experience and physiological control.

Today, we are increasingly dependent on prescription medicines to modify our behavioral and emotional states, rather than workouts and therapy for psychosomatic ailments. This book includes a collection of self-help exercises aimed at stimulating the vagus nerve.

Here is a list of the topics covered in this guide:

  • Autonomic Nervous System – What it is and how it works
  • All You Need to Know About the Polyvagal Theory
  • Neuroception and Faulty Neuroception
  • Testing the Ventral Branch of Vagus Nerve
  • Mood, Emotional-State Recognition and Vagal Tone
  • How the vagus nerve can help treat anxiety, depression, and trauma
  • The Polyvagal Theory—A New Paradigm for Health Care
  • Self-help Exercises to Improve Your Mental Health
  • How to Stimulate Vagus Nerve with Yoga and Breathing

Are you ready to discover how to release your body's natural healing capacity and rewire your brain through easy self-help daily exercises? Listen to this book and start improving the quality of your life today!

Improving overall wellbeing

The vagus nerve, also known as the "wandering nerve," is a nerve that runs from your brain down to your face and affects many organs in your body, like your heart and lungs, stomach, liver, and kidneys. It also helps control how calm and relaxed you feel during stressful situations. If you're interested in using alternative medicine to improve your health, it's worth looking into the vagus nerve.

Unlocking vagus nerve

This guide talks about the vagus nerve, which is like a superhighway that sends messages from your brain to different parts of your body. It helps control things like your heart rate, breathing, and even the shivers you get. If you can figure out how to use it correctly, it can even help with things like depression, being overweight, and PTSD. The author tells you how to do it with easy exercises that anyone can do. I think it's worth listening to.

Excellent resource

This audiobook gave me a lot of new information that I didn't know before. I learned that the vagus nerve has a big impact on our mood and overall well-being. The exercises that were suggested in the audiobook are easy to do and you can do them either lying down or standing up. Even if you don't have a yoga mat, you can still do the exercises. I've been using these natural techniques and I've noticed that I feel more relaxed and happier.

Stolen material

Don't misunderstand me, the content is good, the only problem all the material comes from Stanley Rosenbergs book on the vagus nerve. This book is only slightly shorter, but the content is exactly the same. Rip-off!!
