The message is important: there is a way out

Being in a toxic relationship is never easy. It is overwhelming and even harmful. But if someone is inside that relationship, it is never easy to come out of it. Often, outside help is needed, but not everyone in need has the help they need, nor do they even realize there is a way out. This audiobook offers a lifeline to anyone who is in a harmful relationship. By listening to this audiobook, you can identify toxic behavior and learn to establish healthy boundaries. If the relationship is beyond repair, you will learn when the time and conditions are to cut the line.

The book covers many areas of emotions, and I find the part on building emotional resilience and healing trauma especially helpful. More importantly, the audiobooks discuss how to prevent relapse and how to move forward. Ending a toxic relationship may not solve all the problems. Getting healed and building a better life in the future is crucial. So, If you are in a bad relationship, this book is for you. You can always make things better and remember there is always a way out.
