Summary

Thorn is back! The guilty will be punished.

The war they dismissed as nonsense is now raging.

Jen needs Thorn. The military want Thorn.

Thorn is older and wiser, and he doesn't care what anyone wants.

He has a better hold on his growing power, or so he thinks.

The war calls, but there is unfinished business to attend to on the way.

Unanswered questions lead in strange directions, and a war for no reason, is only part of the mystery.

But through everything, Thorn carries two themes. The guilty will be punished, and there will be peace!

Yesterday was just the start. Now he's Today's Spacemage.

Well read and a good story

Main character is well OP but the story is fun. Clearly the aurhor likes a clean and tidy story with no loose ends. His own belief in good always coming through against bad is obvious in all of his books but that just helps you to get a feel good factor at the end.

Good story with lots of convolutions that show a well thought through and understood plan by the author even before he began to write each book. That or his mind just works that way.

Definately a hero / heroine story writer.

Rollicking Good Read

An excellent Storyline which flowed throughout.
The narrator had a good grasp of different characters and dialects.

op MC just what I needed while in hiking trip. I only wish there was more. The books are a little too short in my opinion

Eww!

I enjoyed the first book, so got myself the rest of the series.
I wanted to love this one, However.... This is not as good.

The main Character is very OP (over powered) and because of this the speed of the story, is breakneck! The pieces all to convenantly fall In to place with no real work or explanation.

But now we come to crux of my problem. The narrator. He's okay most of the time, yes it can be hard to work out who's talking as the voices are very similar. But for a few hours of the recording it sounds like the narrator has gas and audibly burps a few times. I get it happens, but rerecord it. Sadly it put me of listening and I have returned the books.
