Summary

In the words of Walter Anderson, “our lives improve only when we step ahead to take chances and the first and most thriving risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves."

This practical guide was written based on different research conducted on how you can overcome the war at work and strengthen your personality to become strong and more powerful than others.

I’ve gone through hours of research and writing to make your work-life better, so now you have to step slightly outside your comfort zone, and be honest with yourself. This way, you will stand a chance of being a better person after listening to this.

This book is divided into three sections and ten chapters which discuss extensively:

  • The types of people you will encounter at work and how to deal with them
  • Strategies to overcome workplace conflicts
  • How to deal with stress at work
  • How to develop a sense of time and get more work done in little time
  • Developing the right workplace psychology and mindset
  • How to become more powerful than others and more importantly how to get others to like you.

All you need to do is to apply all the principles within each chapter of the book and you'll start seeing transformation in your workplace and career. I wish you all the best and a happy and fun-filled life amongst your colleagues.

You have got the power within you to not only overcome the workplace war, but also take your professional life to the next level!

Not a great read at all

Couldn't finish this book. So bad! Repetitive, no research, biased opinions. Not worth the money
