Summary
This is the only book you need to begin recovering from abuse in childhood. For survivors of all ages, it contains the truth that I wish I'd known when I was 13. But it's never too late to begin healing. If you or someone you know is struggling, this book can help.

Very helpful for anyone who has experienced abuse or is helping someone who has
This book is a sensitively written guide for people who have experienced abuse from someone who has been in this position. The writer explains describes his own complex emotions around the abuse he experienced to normalise the experience of others. Each chapter provides points to ground and explicit details of the abuse are avoided to make this difficult topic as easy to listen to as possible. This a sensitively written guide which speaks about what is too often not spoken about. Would recommend to anyone needing support or trying to support someone who has experienced or continues to experience abuse.

Highly Recommended: Sensitively Written & Narrated
It is a great book for children and young people as well as for adults. I heard the audible book and found it very fascinating, meaningful and soothing at the same time. Very sensitively written and narrated. Highly recommend for survivors, practitioners and anyone who is working on issues associated with childhood sexual abuse.
