Awesome for beginners at carb-cutting!

Such a purposeful audio book

I have been cutting down on my suagr intake for a little while and this audio book has helped by providing much needed information and encouragement, my belly passes so much smoother and my energy levels are up aswell my sleeping patterns have become more routine.

Informative

I have always known how addictive sugar is and how bad it is for your health but this book does a great job of explaining exactly how toxic it is. This 21 day diet plan to get rid of it from your life is very easy to follow and I can see how it would defiantly work.

Practical, honest and do-able! Great listen!

Incredibly useful book. Not only does it have some great information - I had no idea how much sugar I must eat, good and bad - but it then adds other helpful advice around that - all connected to what we eat and overall health. The 21-day diet plan itself is very easy to follow and very honest and I love that it doesn’t tell you to cut sugar out altogether. The practicality sets this book apart. It covers what I would fear most or find hard to do and the narrator guides us carefully without ever being over-bearing.
Thoroughly enjoyed it all and will listen again to keep me motivated and on track!
