Comprehensive learning techniques

Although most of the techniques are what I have used or heard of, it is great to systematically go over them with this book, and listen to the author’s analysis of the benefits/ examples of these techniques. This deepens my understanding of quick learning and will help me apply these techniques more in my daily life.
