Summary

This book presents the doctrine of the pre-tribulational rapture of the church. Many prophecies are explored with biblical passages and terms explained from the scripture itself.

Evidence is presented that proves the first century church believed the end times would begin with the return of Israel to her ancient homeland. More than 50 prophecies have been fulfilled since Israel became a state; several more are yet to be fulfilled. Evidence is also given that at least four ancient church fathers taught a pre-tribulational rapture. This book also gives many of the answers to the arguments mid-tribulationists and post-tribulationists use against the pre-tribulational position. It is our hope this book will be an indispensable guide for debating the doctrine of the rapture.

Excellent Book

I have read and listened much about the rapture but nothing so systematic and cohesive as Ken Johnson's book on the rapture. It is definitely going to be a key study material for me on this subject and will highly recommend it to anyone who wants a systematic indepth objective understanding on the rapture topic

Not suitable as an audiobook

With such a controversial topic as the rapture, this audiobook desperately needs a reference guide. Without it it is useless and just opinions. There is so many references throughout the audiobook that you have to sit and take notes 100% of the time if you want to cross reference what is being said. That defeats the purpose of an audiobook in my opinion. Will return this and consider getting the book.
