Really impressive!

The book is broken down into many small chapters with actionable challenges at the end of each chapter, some of which I've already implemented in life and can already see a difference.

It's concise.

It's concise, but at the same time with many references to scientific studies for those who would like to dive in deeper. I'm not interested in reading a whole book about what habit or procrastination is--I just need a quick summary of the best findings from scientific experiments and a clear suggested plan of action, which this book successfully delivered.
