Great Listen & has helped me immensly

Great Listen & has helped me immensly...
Once you get over the constant reference to Managers of Managers / Managers of Self / Functional Managers etc & you realise where you & your team sit in the pipeline, then it all opens up to you.
It's helped me set my own measures of performance & that of my team, whilst also helped mew to understand those layers above me...
I'm an Commercial Operations Manager, sitting at Functional Level... Once i understood that, the meaning & usefulness of this book opened up to me....
I read/listened to the Leadership Pipeline, but the PErformance Pipeline, seem more relevant to me (in my opinion)
