This Diet Sounds Fun!

We are constantly bombarded by different diets, like Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, among so many others. However, this book intrigued me, because I hadn't really seen anyone show the benefits of a Carnivore diet. Reed Fox breaks down the diet in a way that's easy to grasp, and the 30-day plan that is included is really straightforward and provides some clear guidance. The sections on sourcing tips were great, especially because it can be difficult to know exactly what to buy when you have so many different options at the grocery store. If you're curious about exploring a meat-based lifestyle and want a clear, manageable start, I heartily recommend this audiobook!

A superb guide to the carnivore lifestyle

I was really impressed with the Author of this book. Fox has created a well written and laid out guide to the carnivore diet with a tasty 30 day plan. He goes into the nutritional details as well as a variety of good quality meats to sink your teeth into. My energy levels can be hit and miss so giving this a go might just be the answer. I know several people who are on the carnivore diet and they all swear by it. They have seen increased energy but they also rave about the change in mental clarity. I liked the narration and the structure of the book. I can't wait to see how I feel after the 30 day plan!

Find a good balance!

I love meat, but I also try to find a good balance. Sometimes, if I eat too much, I notice small changes in my body... but nothing serious, but enough to make me curious. This audiobook made everything easy to understand! It explains how to eat the right way and why certain foods affect me differently. I also liked the step-by-step plan and tips for eating out. Mmmmmm You'll Be Hungry After Reading This

I would consider myself a carnivore. Always have been. Probably always will be. With all the latest trends going around with staying away from meat, I felt like maybe I was missing something. Nope. I was right all along. I'm definitely a meat eater and this book helped reassure me of it. Love the information in this audiobook and excited to try some of the recipes. Meat Galore!

A Refreshing Deviation from the Diet Programs!

In this age of so many diet programs, while obesity seems to be universally winning the battle over weight loss.......I found this book to be of terrific value. Carnivore certainly isn't the first type of diet one thinks of when considering all of the so many choices. My typical reaction to even remotely considering a carnivore diet has alway been.....too expensive with the price of meat in this day and age. Well, Reed Fox has put an end to any doubts about the Carnivore Diet. In fact, after listening to this audiobook.....I'm going to give it a try! Mr. Fox applies lots of common sense to the topic with a well presented and easy to understand approach that covers literary everything you need to know. Lastly, let me say that this diet offers benefits that go well beyond weight loss and you need to heard all about it. Don't miss this one!
