Very informative

This book was a compilation of articles published on the Scientific American about everything to do with age, including best diets, level and type of activities, good habits etc in order to help people age healthy and minimising disease related impairment. It does tell listeners what to do but informs best practices that were discover after studies and research. It’s very informative.
