Outlines everything you know for the first year
This audiobook was an invaluable resource as we prepare for the amazing journey of parenthood. The first year can be incredibly challenging, we are new parents, but it truly helped ease my nerves and made the whole experience feel more manageable. It was a lifesaver for both me and my husband.

Informative!
This is the second book I’ve listened to by this author, and it was just as good as the first. I learned a lot from the first book, but I especially appreciated how this one focuses on baby care. I loved the author’s tone and the clear, concise presentation of information. My favorite part was the guidance on sleep. I highly recommend this book to anyone about to become a new dad or needing a refresher for a new baby on the way.

Baby's first year hacks
The first year with a new child is genuinely overwhelming, no matter what anyone says. But this audiobook made a real difference, helping to ease some of the fear and uncertainty. It made things feel calmer, safer, and even more enjoyable. I'm so glad this is helpful during that intense time.

Realistic!
I think this book was the best one. When I was prepping to be a first-time dad, I used to read ebooks and also listen to audiobooks about pregnancy to birth guide for a new dad. This book skipped the fluff and got straight to the useful advice. Unlike others, it didn't waste my time. I loved it. It was definitely the most impactful book for me.
