enjoyed the book, did find hard at times to listen to. But grew to enjoy as the book continued as the information was worth it.

Great book
I enjoyed it, very good basics. Many of the public speaker e.g Anthony Robins seems like they got their way of thinking from stoicism.
I would recommend.

Good ideas for life but tailor these to now
Fantastic ideas, helpful insightful, I would definitely recommend. The book provides a good overview of the great principles and ideas that will help you live a more fulfilling life

Good topic churlish narration
I am sure that them information in this book is very useful. But, the narration is painfully child like. if you can tolerate it then go for it

The narrator will drive you mad!
The book is actually very good although the narrator destroys it. Do not down load the audio! Buy the book and read it yourself.
