Inspiration to keep on running

I used this book to get myself back up and running.
I especially enjoyed the physiological,biological and psychological explanations.
I would recommend this book to any lapsed runners such as myself.

Awful

Awful awful awful... avoid. Irritating narrator who just goes off on so many tangents. No structure. Poorly written. Just rubbish.
