Summary

In postwar Chicago, a humble ice delivery man discovers that his son was struck by an unremorseful drunk driver. Despite the challenges of a police cover-up and the celebrity status of the culprit, he refuses to be denied justice. The Iceman will stop at nothing, even if that means going toe-to-toe with the heavyweight champion of the world.

Fantastic listen!

Took a chance on this book being a fan of Lord Bray. Not my normal listen, but what a brilliant book. Instantly one of my favourites. Well done Mr Masse.

For the underdog

Another brilliant book read by R.C. Bray who makes it come alive.
This is one for the underdog - the guy who has it tough on all fronts but never gives up - you can do it. This books resonates that message.
emotional storyline, good characters and depth of story that rings true with everyone who would ever be in the situation the main character is in.
Great book.

Perfect in every way.

One of those books that you want to treasure. I will heartily recommend this to anyone to listen to. R C Bray is without doubt the best there is. The narration is perfect. One of my top 10 books that will stay in my top 10 no doubt about that.
