Summary

The Highway Code is an essential reading for every road user in England, Scotland and Wales. This Code applies to all road users including drivers, pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and horse riders. It is aimed at ensuring road safety. Many of the rules of the Code are legal requirements and road users that do not comply may be fined, given points on driving licence, disqualified, or in serious cases, sent to prison.

Helped Me Pass!

What made the experience of listening to The Highway Code the most enjoyable?

I was able to follow along with the book itself which really helped me to pass 2nd time.

Would you ever listen to anything by Matthew Waterson again?

Hope I never have to listen to anything like this again but if I have to his voice would be a good choice.

Out of date

This is for the 2013 version of the Highway Code so didn’t match up with my 2021 copy which was the ninth edition initially printed in 2016. Despite this most of it was useful.

Waste of money, many changes since published. Relying on this would lead to unsafe driving.

version is 3 years out of date as such will set you up to fail a test avoid purchasing
