Summary

Roman and Wyatt's sunset job didn't go as planned.

Roman thought he had accounted for every variable in the book. Success was right at the edge of their fingertips, until he realized they had walked straight into a trap.

Now, the Rainbow's Seven is fractured and at their lowest point yet, defeat right around the corner. Roman and Bang Bang are locked up, leaving Wyatt in the driver's seat. Leadership never came natural to him, but Wyatt knew he had to step up if he wanted to save his partner and his friend.

Each of the Rainbow's Seven were going to have to dig deep if they wanted to come out on top and pull off the most important heist of their lives: breaking their friends out of prison and getting even with the man who had put them there.

Thoroughly entertaining

The second book in the series follows on from the cliffhanger at the end of the first. I really enjoyed the story, there isn't much to challenge the listener in the way of angst or a cryptic plot but it's enjoyable nonetheless. The characters are well written and the narrator does a great job in bringing them off the page. Plenty to keep the listener hooked from start to finish and our team finally get their happy ever after.
