New basis of fact
Science based as opposed to old tales. Well worth the listen. Easy to follow suggestions and nice use of affirmations and self awareness

Interesting and useful but frustratingly repetitive
The book just repeats the same points over and over. In one chapter forming habits is all about repeating action so connections are made in the brain. A following chapter the same thing is said again, just with the analogy of drips of water in a jar this time. Then there's the example of motivation levels when being paid $1 per step. Later the exact same example but this time $100 for each push of a button. Although the information is useful, I don't feel I learnt anything new beyond the first couple of chapters.

Formulaic
I disliked the repetitive nature of info that could be succinctly put on 2 sides of A4
