OMG, I love this book!
This gratitude book is so enjoyable and accessible, I am actually doing the daily exercise and enjoying them, It doesn't feel like work, it feels like playing. These gratitude exercises are like happiness pills, you can literally feel yourself increasing in happiness and positivity. The preamble which is a personal story by way of introduction is so well-written and crafted, it just flows well, making you want to hear what happens next. This is a book I will be referring to for a long time to come, adding the 9-minute morning gratitude sessions to my morning gets the day off to a brilliant start. Love it!
