About this listen
The Eden Project is a timely and thought-provoking corrective to the generalized fantasies about relationships that permeate our culture. This is not a practical guide on how to fix a relationship, but rather a challenge to greater personal responsibility in relationships, a call for individual growth as opposed to seeking rescue through others.

One of the worst narrators ever
James Hollis is an absolute genius. His books should be mandatory reading for all human beings, and this one in particular is uncomfortably illuminating regarding the common traps that most human beings fall into when it comes to intimate relationships.
However the narrator is utterly dreadful, like a really bad gameshow host, and completely ruined this audiobook for me. Such a shame that Hollis did not narrate his own book because his voice is wonderful. I had to buy the written book to read because the voice artist chosen for this version had the effect of nails down a blackboard for me.

Terrible narrator ruined this book
Total emotional disconnect between the content of the book and the bizarre tone of voice of the reader. Sounded like AI. Impossible to follow. I have enjoyed other recordings of James Hollis books, but this is a disaster & a waste of time.
