Great tips
I found this book very informative and actually have used the advice given which has helped me with sleep.
I feel like because I listened to it as an audiobook I paid less attention to it then I would if I actually read a physical copy.
To me, because it was advice being listed, I found it quite fast paced, that was the only reason I did dislike it. However, being an audiobook I can change the speed of the book being read.
To be honest, I think I would read it again because my sleeping habits fluctuate a lot and I would like to revisit the advice given in the book. I would recommend to people that are or know of people struggling with their sleep.

Longer than it needed to be
I found that while some of them were interesting and I will use, a few of them were just reworded versions, saying the same thing four differrent ways. It just feels like some of them of variants adsed it just to make up the 75 item list rather then adding new information.
