Great Read!

I just finished reading this book and it was great! It's short but full of actionable steps which makes it easier to implement biohacking in your everyday life. It talks about different aspects of health and wellbeing but all scientific concepts are explained very well. I would recommend it to anyone interested in the topic of healthy living and personal development.
