It works

I was quite skeptical about the weight loss method provided in this audiobook. But after reading this audiobook and following the advice provided, I can now without a doubt vouch for the content in this audiobook. It truly works and I’ve lost some weight. In due time I trust that I shall be at my goal weight.

I'm happy with this guidebook!

The Essential Guide to Intermittent Fasting and the Process of Metabolic Autophagy to Burn Fat for Fast and Easy Weight Loss. I liked that the author presents the principles. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews. It has valuable content for all. I'm happy with this guidebook and listening step by step. Great book!

Fantastic Resource on IF

I had heard about intermittent fasting and the Keto diet but didn’t know much about it. This book really helped fill in the gaps for me personally. It’s a wonderful resource for both beginners and those looking to expand their knowledge.

An Amazing Experience

I cannot begin to express how amazing this book has been to me and my fitness journey. I have always gone to the gym to try and lose some extra body fat but after I learned the helpful information in this book, everything became much easier. I look forward to reading more works by this author.
