All you need to know about Dr.Sebi diet!
I like this book about Dr Sebi Diet. I appreciate the easy listening without mistakes and formatting it. I've found all necessary information about the diet, the list of approved Dr. Sebi’s products and bunch of recipes. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to make a positive change and suggest it to those who need a bit of a nudge.

Good source
This is an amazing book.I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I highly recommended this book.

Excellent easy book
Dr, Sebi studied herbs and healing the body. He was completely self-educated. His diet is really a vegan diet .You cannot eat any meat or animal products while on this diet. Also no starches, only alkaline foods that produce acid.

Incredible Revitalizing Herbs

The voice of narrator is perfect
Good Diet and Recipes for healthy meal and weight loss. Many other cookbooks just focus on ingredients, and calorie counts, but here in this guide author has also took into consideration the time it takes him to prepare meals as well. Thanks for book.

Nice audio record
It is great for beginners like myself and I love the guide in the back that record food levels of alkaline which is extremely helpful to achieve optimal health. Overall if you're looking for a recipe audiobook on a great diet I'd highly suggest this audiobook.

A wide variety of recipes!
I listen this book with high interest. This is really a great book for those hoping to begin an Alkaline eating regimen. I was really intrigued by how a lot of valuable data crushed in a book. The most important for me was that this book consisted of variety main dishes, salads, dessert, smoothies and even sauces, which I liked the best.
