Arron comes across as really genuine. Very well read and easy to follow. There is a lot of valuable stuff in this book and easy to apply. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome
This is a wonderful compilation of comprehensive, yet easy to use and apply methods, to re align your body and your mind. Aaron has taken the best from many fields of study and put them all together in this awesome book. A must read if you want to maximise your life 🙏🏻❤️

A must- have book for our age.
I bought this because I'd heard Aaron Alexander's Align podcast and was expecting good things but this really exceeded my expectations. This book is a clear, practical guide for how to honour our biology and reclaim health in our modern age, with practical, easily actionable tips for counteracting the problems that modern life, with its bucket car seats, restrictive shoes and clothes, blue light everywhere and the myriad other ways that our convenient lives have negatively affected our bodies and minds. No recommendations for purchasing expensive gadgets, no spending the whole day, every day behaving like a cave man, just practical help, read by the author, who has a really lovely voice. I definitely recommend.

Needs to be a book
Listening to this simply was never going to work for me. It needs to be read, noted down, underlined - and/or watched. This was a book that really wanted to be a youtube series. As a listen, it become pointless.
