Fantastic Book

Absolutely loved the book. It really helped me to tame my anxiety. Loretta really knows her stuff and explains things in very much detail. I followed the exercises presented in the book and it really did work for me. I first saw her video about habits of a happy brain and read that book. That worked as a foundation course for this book. I recommend to read that book first. It will help to get the best out this book. All the best!

Educating, insightful and useful

I liked the book a lot and I want to thank the author for sharing her knowledge of the brain. I hope I will implement what I've learned from this book, in my life. 🙂
