A nice resource to have!
This audiobook was pretty decent. It breaks down the basics of music licensing without getting too technical. I found the case studies helpful - it's cool to hear how other musicians made it work. The legal stuff was explained in a way that didn't make my head spin, which I appreciated.
While it's not groundbreaking, it gave me some good ideas to try out. The tips on crafting music for film and TV were useful, and I've already started applying some of them to my tracks. It's not gonna make you rich overnight, but it's a good starting point if you're looking to dip your toes into licensing. Overall, it's worth a listen if you're curious about this side of the music biz.
