5 star ***** Thinking woman's essential companion!

This audiobook is essential for the "thinking woman" who really wants to understand what is fundamentally going on with her body and mind at perimenopause/menopause and use it to personalise her own response to it.
It EMPOWERS you to realise you do have POSITIVE choices available to you-not simply HRT or no HRT!
I found the advice around nutrition and the microbiome especially fascinating and am maximising my "eating the rainbow" as a result-thank you.
The author's delivery is self-effacing, witty and makes you feel like you are having a pals chat over a glass of something (hopefully nothing that will set off a flush or a sleepless night!), and definitely navigating this journey in good company ...... recommended .
