About this listen
Please note: This is a summary of Women Who Love Too Much, not the original book.
Women Who Love Too Much (1985) by marriage and family therapist Robin Norwood is a self-help book written for women who make their romantic partners and their partners’ needs central in their lives, at the expense of taking care of their own needs first. Norwood calls women with this propensity women who love too much and notes that they are most comfortable when they are self-sacrificing to help their partners. good summary
first time I've listened to something like this, I think it's a good way of getting an idea of what the full book has and if like me your scared of self help in general it's a good taster, makes me more confident in self help generally.

gives important insight into codependance
Nice small summary of how codependance develops and where it starts, examples of couples or families where unhealthy relationships form and the need to be needed from others/partners.
