Very brief!
The most useful bits to me were the examples. It is good as a refresher of the book.

Don’t bother, this is dreadful
It’s like a computer generated summary, is far too brief and lacks any real information.

Amazing 🙏🏼❤️💫
Extremely wise & useful. Seems to have learned a lot from Marshall Rosenberg's Non-violent communication, but still is it's own things, with useful & extremely practical points of view, which I would not have realized from NVC alone.

Great book, horribly abridged...
I thought a summary would be a super handy overview of the main points of the book, to help guide me in the right direction until I had time to read the actual book. Unfortunately it is SO brief it’s essentially useless. It’s more like a series of headings, with few examples. They should have aimed for a 2hr abridged version, time for more detail, while still making it super quick... as, anyone with kids knows, time is something in short supply!
It’s such a shame... it just doesn’t give enough info to be useful. Maybe when I’ve read the book I’ll be able to have a quick listen to this to refresh my memory, but if you’re hoping for a quick listen to answer your immediate parenting questions, look elsewhere & read the book (if you have the time). :-(
