Must have in your library!

A must have in your shelves if you are a senior or taking care of a senior! It is important that even at an age, we incorporate strength training for our loved ones. It is easy to understand and contains information that is encouraging in so many aspects.

Love it so much it is such a powerful book that gives opportunities to the elderly, my mother really enjoyed the routines and tips that were mentioned in this audiobook. Even if you are a beginner you can easily understand this one.

Great book!

Helpful resource!

A helpful guide to maintaining your strength at 60! I love how comprehensive and convenient this audiobook is. I had my grandparents listen to this since I encouraged them to do physical activity for their strength. I can say that this is the best you can find!

Extremely Helpfu!

At 65, my knees felt like rusty hinges, and the thought of conquering even a small hill made me wince. Hiking, once a source of joy, became a distant memory. This Audiobook entered my life like a ray of sunshine, promising a path back to the trails I loved. My father really loves this one, he usually doesn't follow routines that easily but this one he really enjoyed and I am so thankful that he accepted this one because it gives him the opportunity to work out again.
