Information for everyone to use

Somatic Therapy 101 isn't just a basic overview of the concept, it's an actual potential life changing idea. While listening to the instructions, and then with the guided examples, I knew it could be something I would be able to try each and every day. The author presents it in a manner which makes it easy and manageable for busy lifestyles. While the main idea she presents is for trauma therapy, I felt I could practice some of the techniques almost daily.

The narration is spot on, with a compelling delivery and soothing voice. I recommend this book to anyone who suffered from trauma or needs assistance with daily stress relief.

Amazingly simple
