Great help for teens
Raising a teenager is a rollercoaster ride, and if you're like me, there are times when you want off the ride. My daughter suffers from a lot of anxiety, and it has been overwhelming for all of us. This book is written to help teens grasp their anxiety with these short yet effective exercises. It's nice that it's not just a book that a teen would have to sit down and read; instead, it's very interactive. There are engaging and easy-to-follow activities, affirmations, checklists, and worksheets that don't take hours. Honestly, if they took too long, teens wouldn't do it.
Chapter 5 was good because it challenges your thoughts to make you start to change your outlook on things. If you have a teen who suffers from anxiety, this is a great book to have so that you, as the parent, can work through the exercises with your teen.
The book does a great job of connecting thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how to challenge those negative thoughts to become more self aware. Great book. Highly recommend

Great book
This book displayed tips and strategies needed that will help your teen navigate through an already difficult time for most teens “social life”. The book is easy to follow, it's the kind of book you can lift and lay as you work your way through the suggestions, it's a must for adults who need answers on where to support a teen when trying to improve their social skills. There are tons of practical exercises, but my favorites include the power of positive thinking and facing your fears. The author suggested identifying automatic thoughts, mindfulness meditation practices, breathing techniques and many more. A must have in any parent’s collection. Will recommend!!!

A solid guide to managing stress responses
Anxiety is a challenging battle to overcome. I struggled with high levels of social anxiety during my teen years, and even through psychological support and therapy, I found myself facing this on my own. I wish I'd had this wonderful workbook back then. It provides much useful and invaluable information, tools to use to relieve that anxious pull and ways to manage anxiety in the long-term. Parents and carers, pass this one on to your kids. When we don't deal with social anxiety we can give erroneous and damaging advice. This is the expert guide and workbook to follow to move forward, whilst seeking professional support.

Great informational and necessary content!
I've known so many teens who have trouble with daily tasks, because of anxiety and accelerated mind, thanks to this new stage of the internet. This book is gold, this content itself is very necessary! The author makes sure to present types of anxiety and useful ways to escape from this feeling, that leads to overthinking and harm. Also, very informative, easy, and productive listening!
