Feel more at ease in social situations
Mike offers such great, practical advice. Some of the advice took a bit longer to seep in than other parts, but generally, I loved this book and can only say good things about it.

Seems like solid and relevance advice
I don't think I suffer much from social anxiety. It is my sister who struggles a lot with this issue. So I am listening to learn some tips that I might be able to share with her.

So helpful, Great Book!
This provides practical guidance and advice. I gained a lot of knowledge in regards to this book, I’ve learned what causes social anxiety disorder, what are medical treatments available and many therapy options. You’ll know it too if you will give a chance to listen to the audio.

It didn't make me feel bad like other books did. Instead, it just gave me what I wanted. The advice and tactics are quite helpful to overcome social anxiety.
